PRICE INCREASE AS OF OCTOBER 1, 2022
It is with great sadness that we regret that we have to increase our rates. We have not increased our rates for 8 years. Do to the rising prices of everything we had no choice but to implement this increase. This goes into effect for new bookings only.
Pricing:
$50 per night per person plus tax = $52.75 (up to 8 guests)

***There will be a 25% deposit required at reservation with balance due 30 days prior to arrival. All prices are subject to 5.5% sales tax. Reservation will not be marked on calendar until deposit is received. Rates are subject to change. Notice will be given if we raise the rates.
